Yeah bad template does not have such a huge impact on adsence, it does have a minimal impact but still it is not of much importance, but all the other points mentioned are just spot on for a new adsence user to know about adsense .

I totally agree with you buddy. If you get banned by adsense it's like getting banned from Internet atleast for me. So try not to follow any thing mentioned in the list.
It is very important that we do not indulge in the forged clicking on the ads displayed on our own site. I was banned once for doing so but now i know about it and have faced it once, i am very active on this part.
well I have seen networks on yahoo where people group together and ask others to click on their ads. This certainly doesn't work and gets you blocked in a few days.
My biggest mistake with adsense was to click on my own ads in the beggining :D , i also made plenty of friends click on my ads..LOL i got banned finally after earning 1600$
I do not agree with second point. Almost everyone using adsense has basic aim and goal of earning money and it is also the nature of human. So second point is very foolish to me as it totally violates human nature
