I'm looking for backup provider - somewhere offsite where I can ftp or rsync my cpanel vps server's data to. I have about 15GB of data and don't need any other services with this account.

Any suggestions?

You can get some cheap deals over webhosting talk.I think it would gonna cost arnd 20-30.
If you look foe professional service go for itensition but its very costly.

I would be weary about going anywhere that is not in the US. If you have the time I would advise you go get a few external hard drives and do it all yourself that way you know that everything is really safe and there is not chance for error or information being stolen.
