How to Transfer a Wordpress Blog from One Host to Another

If you have a wordpress blog and you are not happy with your web hosting company due to its frequent crashes and u think it is not providing good service then you can use the following tutorial to transfer your blog from one hosting to another.

Step1: Take backup and database.
Step 2 : Installing Wordpress.
Step 3 : Restoring Database.
Step 4 : Restoring Design, Plugins & Images.
