you need to have a credit card or a bank account that support credit card facility.

it is easier to be verified on the paypal.

definately brother, you can not own a virtual credit card. better if you wait to get a credit card to get verified at paypal.

Yeah, I was thinking that I would just open up another account that I would use just to verify my paypal account. I am soon going to do that. I can't wait!

Try to find out if you know anyone that you could go in on with an account that lives in a country where paypal allows accounts, you may also just want to look for a receiver company that will take payments and transfer them to an account that is valid in India.
